About New Years Eve

Marängsviss a la 80’s for dessert!

I can’t say we put too much effort into our New Years dinner. (But I brought my new table cloth and decorations, haha). After a full day of skiing, there was no time for any preparations, but our menu was delicious. King crab legs for starters, steak from the barbecue served with au gratin and mushroom sauce.
We had a very low key New Years this year. We didn’t even stay awake till midnight, at least not Colorado time. (It’s two hours time difference from Michigan!)

The first three nights we stayed in Johan’s agent’s house and now we are in a hotel.
Got to go, breakfast and another ski day is waiting!
