Oh wow, delicious salmon with an Asian touch!! I don’t have an exact recipe but my friend Evelina inspired me the other day after her friend had made this for her :) However here are all ingredients. And if you don’t like cilantro (koriander), skip it. I really start to like that now, couldn’t stand it years ago!
Marinade – fresh minced ginger, 1 garlic, chili flakes, juice from a lime, cilantro, salt, oil (i used sesame oil), soy sauce and a splash of water, let the salmon marinate over the night or at least for many hours. Cook it in the oven 325F/175C for about 30 min.
Salad– mango, avocado, cucumber, spring leek (salladslök), jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, salt, oil.
Sauce– mix sour cream (creme fraiche) and Sriracha sauce and salt (the more Sriracha the more heat).
