About me

Hello and welcome to Franzen Residence!

My name is Cissi, and on my blog you can follow my passion for interior design, my various house projects and some of my daily life with my boys!

I’m a owner of many houses :) I show pictures from our custom made homes that we’ve built -a summer house in Sweden and our Birmingham residence. Last year I renovated a house (category Darlington st) that I’m now renting out, and I just finished my second house flip (category houseflip2), that is for sale at the moment! Also, we have another wonderful lake property in Sweden that needs tons of work, that we plan to have move in ready later this year!

Sixteen years ago I met my love Johan. Four years later his hockey career brought us from Sweden to Birmingham, MI outside Detroit USA, where we’ve lived ever since. August 1st 2009 we got married and we have two wonderful boys Eddie-Bo and Oliver, 6 and 4 years old.

Hope you’ll enjoy me blog :)
Kram// Xx Cissi

I posted this on your “Emotional Week” blog as well. I’m a neurofeedback trainer and specialize in neurofeedback training using the NeurOptimal neurofeedback system, which is a highly advanced neurofeedback system improving brain function. The company I work for see great results in alleviating symptoms for TBI and brain injury clients, it’s completely non-invasive and effective brain training technique. Ms. Franzen –

I’m a physician, in fact, I trained with ‘Dr. Tony C.’, who works with the DRW now. There is an area of Osteopathic Medicine called Cranio-Sacral Therapy, which may be of help to your husband. I’ve studied it and use it some, and have had results with treating some cranial conditions. It may be worth a try. Michigan State University has an incredible department in E. Lansing in this area. I read your blog yesterday and awoke this morning thinking of this and your husband. My parents were Canadian, I’m a skater and skier, and a supporting member of the hockey community, and wish you well.

    Best, Wm Lusk

Thanks for commenting so frankly about your family’s life with TBI. We are going through something similar. Best of luck and be strong.

Hej!
