Hello! It’s me :) This is how neat my living room was for about 7 minutes today…
…before this little stinker showed up and got all his fire trucks out to take out the real fire and ran thru the sofa! Haha, life!
We had a slow and nice morning before Eddie-Bo’s practice started at 11am, so nice! Tomorrow his game starts 7.40am, that is so early…
We have no plans for rest of the day. The kids just took a long bath and they are now playing well and having fun together. Piece and quiet, love it! So far at least :)
After many sunny days I’m more than ok with a rainy day. I’m at the moment having some cozy time with Eddie-Bo in front of the fireplace and candles. We are watching a show and eating homemade chocolate balls while Oliver is at speech therapy. I love spending some one on one time with the kids.
I did pilates in the morning and had a meeting with the bank, and got some other work done. Productive day and still lots of time with the kids, me like!
And later today we have our massage therapist coming to our house, nope I’m not complaining about this day!
Good evening! Me and the kids just had a very cozy movie night. The sofa, from Restoration Hardware, is so comfy and I love this area in our Master suite. When I was sitting there under the blanket in front of the fireplace I started to feel that I’m ready for the fall. September is here, but it’s still hot outside, but with a/c in the house you kind of forget about that.
Now time for a quick clean up and after that back to the sofa. Narcos (about Pablo Escobar) is coming up, our “new” show and I think it’s really good.
The renovation is going in slooow motion… but I just realized that I haven’t showed you the fireplace, designed by me and I think it turned out great. At the moment I’m keeping the color as it is, I love cement. We haven’t painted the walls yet, so when that’s done I’ll see if the fireplace will get some fresh paint as well. The white vents will be changed to black ones. And I can’t wait to fill the “holes” with logs. I’m in love with my fireplace!
Yes, finally my renovation house is on the market, list price $599 000.

I’m so in love with this house :)
December is the worst month to list a house… it’s just to cross my fingers and hope for the best :) It’s been lots of fun and I’m super happy with the result of the house. It’s just been taking way to long time to get it done. Three months turned into seven. And time is money. I have learned a lot from this project and will bring my experience with me to my next project!
I’m a very social person and I love having people in my house all the time. But I also love being all alone. The guys took a little road trip to Cleveland to watch NBA. So right now I’m sitting in front of the fireplace listening to music and reading Swedish magazines. So so cozy!!
I know it’s a little early, but I already have a little Christmas feeling in my body. Earlier today I was singing Holy night really loud in the car. 100.3 is the radio station that now only plays Christmas songs :)
Now I’m gonna see what’s hiding in these tubes. I’m so curios! Before my friends came into town I called Lina (my younger brother’s girlfriend with awesome taste). I asked her to buy me two prints to one of our guest rooms and send them with my friends. I’ll show you another day. The other two black and white prints I found at Ikea the other day.
This light was from the beginning stainless steal. After a little DIY (do it yourself) now parts of it have a gold finish.
Just spray color, easy peasy!
Another good tips if you are building a fireplace, is to put an outlet on top of your mantel.
By night… So cozy.
Johan and Joakim (and rest of the team) left for training camp today and will be gone until Monday.
The kids are sleeping so it’s time for me and Lisa to watch some meaningless show :)
